Well, we’re heading home tomorrow morning, sadly. I’m very excited to see the dogs…not excited for the heat. It was a wonderful time and I highly recommend checking out Jackson, WY if you have not! I’ll post some pictures from my real camera when I get home and get to edit some. For now ill catch you up quickly what the rest out week looked like!
Tuesday was Yellowstone where we saw Old Faithful and all the geysers and pools. Pretty darn cool!
We saw so much that day, and on our way out a huge herd of buffalo…which I’ve seen before, but this herd seemed a lot more majestic for some reason!
The next day Doug forced me up Snow King mountain, a super steep ski lift knowing my fear of heights…but it was beautiful!
We did some shopping and wandering around town and came across these guys…
Had dinner at this amazing place called the Granary on the top of a mountain, this was our view for dinner:
Next day we went on a nice trail ride, which made us both miss and want horses again very soon! We both grew up rodeoing and riding, brought back so many memories! At any rate…Mr. Bean and his wife were behind us and that was a ton of entertainment in and of itself!
That evening we went on a little hike around Jenny lake in Teton Park with Dougs parents. Hiked to the hidden falls, beautiful!
We ended today with some fly fishing on the Snake River. Didn’t catch anything, but was still AWESOME!
Anyways, early flight! Better get to bed! Night Y’all!
