There is a little restaurant here in town named Oh! Connors. It’s a small mom and pop type place that is off the beaten path and run by some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Doug and I always like to try and support places like these as much as we can. They have some of the best down home cooking around in my opinion, and a chocolate cream pie that always gets Doug and I. I’ve been wanting to recreate it for a while now, and finally got around to figuring out how, without using a pudding packet.
